Makes: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
2 Cups Couscous
1 Vidalia Onion
1/4 Cup Raisins
Balsamic Vinegar
2 Cups Water
1 Celery Stalk - Diced Finely
Cumin
Directions:
1. Sauté onions on low flame. Add balsamic vinegar. Stir & then cover.
2. Heat water to a boil.
3. Add ingredients to boiling water.
4. Turn off flame. Mix ingredients & stir in sautéed onions.
5. Cover pot & simmer without flame.
6. Serve.
