Makes: 4-5 Servings
Ingredients:
1 Lb. Green or Yellow Beans
4 1/2 Tablespoons Cumin Seeds
4 1/2 Tablespoons Ginger Root - Grated
1 Cup Tomatoes - Chopped
9 Garlic Cloves - Crushed
9 Tablespoons Dried Cilantro
1 1/4 Lb. Red & Green Peppers
3 Green Chilies - Chopped
8 Dried Red Chilies - Chopped
1 Lb. Cauliflower
Directions:
1) Dice green bean pods.
2) Break apart cauliflower & then dice into smaller pieces.
3) Slice & dice red and green peppers.
4) Grease a pan & add chopped chilies and diced vegetables.
5) Add crushed garlic cloves, grated ginger root, and green chilies - and stir.
6) Cover pan with a lid & cook at a lower temperature until vegetables are soft.
7) Sprinkle cilantro over the top & serve.
