The menu is Contemporary Southwestern Cuisine; fresh seafood; house specialties such as rib eye steak with specialty Chimichurri. Patrons dine inside or outside on the patio. There is a full bar with complete wine list, but no Happy Hours. Reservations are recommended, especially for weekends, holidays, and large parties. There is plenty of attached parking in the shopping center lot, and Spice Bistro offers catering services.
