This lockset and dead bolt lock are on a door leading from a garage workshop into a house hallway. It is immediately obvious that a very serious cleaning is called for. And while this hardware seems to be in good shape, it was poorly set into the door's edge: note the area around the plate that reveals bare wood (black arrow). Also notice that the outer door knob face plate has slid downward on the door, revealing the edge of the large diameter hole underneath (red arrow). No matter what else you decide to do here, the door needs thorough cleaning, and the knob should be adjusted and tightened.
